In the following data protection declaration, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website. We collect and process personal data only on the basis of the legal provisions (Basic Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003).

The data you provide is required for the performance of the contract and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. It is not possible to conclude a contract without this data. A transmission of the collected data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transmission of payment data (credit card data) to the processing banking institutions / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company (transport company) commissioned by us, which is responsible for the delivery of the goods and our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
If you cancel the purchase process, this data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods and purchase date will also be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.
